Would you lease here again? No

Shared thermostat does not work. Thin walls and floors, very noisy. Will ask you to pay with post-dated cheques, crazy key deposit amount that exceeds lawful limit. No on-site super support, no security cameras. Hallways smells, ventilations is subpar.
