Would you lease here again? No

Just moved out of this apartment building, not all have air conditioning (very hot inside apartment in the summer), lots of water shut-off, toilet and sink backup constantly, termites issues inside the apartment, tenants dog barking a lot, tenant left to contact maintenance for maintenance issues.
