Would you lease here again? No

The apartments are decent considering this building is 100 years old. Rent is WILD. Buzzers work rarely, garbage piles up outside and rats are abundant. Front door lock breaks regularly. Management hired a new super and told no one. I only found out as I moved out he'd been gone for 3 months.
