Would you lease here again? No

Location is fantastic but no on-site staff and property management is negligent. Vestibule is not secured and I've seen squatters, human feces, lots of trash, and one time even the remnants of a fire. Garbage shed is regularly a mess. Units are small and some in poor repair. No noise insulation.
