Would you lease here again? No

Not up to code in many ways (illegally cold all winter, no access to breakers, etc). Had to threaten to withhold rent just to get holes in ceiling fixed. Maintenance rarely actually fixes anything and realty company gives very little warning before doing anything. Miserable experience.
