Would you lease here again? Yes

Electric gas/stove so that can increase ConEd bill depending on how much you cook. Building is owned by a family and I believe several members live in the building so it's well maintained. Doormen are super friendly! Wish it was slightly closer to the 6 train but fantastic building overall!
