Would you lease here again? Yes

I really enjoyed living in this sixth floor walkup, good neighbors, nice and quiet. Many tenants who lvied there for many years smoke cigarattes on teh stairs so there were many cigarette butts and smell in common area. Incredible superintendent and great fixes for anything broken, which was rare.
