Moving here was a HUGE MISTAKE. This place is horrible. Paper thin walls with screaming tenants / music / dogs barking constantly, squatters with weapons, non-stop stolen packages. The draft in the winter is insane - freezing even with heat. Tenants trash the place. Disgusting and horrible. -0/10

Simplest review: owners cheaped out on everything. Barely a year old and falling apart, drafty units, frequent break-in’s and package thefts, absentee management. The building’s cleaner is sweet and does the lords work given many tenants couldn’t give a toot. Not worth the prices at all.

Problems: -Our electricity bill was $400-$617 a month (when we moved out, our next bill went back to ~190-230 a month) -Walls are paper thin. -Break-ins, squatters with knives, package theft (all repeated issues, mgmt did nothing) -Really bad smoking, got into our unit
