Would you lease here again? No

Worst place I ever rented from. Unkempt teir 1 building that hasn't been properly inspected in decades. The landlord refuses to fix or replace things in older units, so the tenant gets fed up and moves. This is done so they can get newer tenants in and increase rent. Leaks, mold, mice, and roaches.
