Would you lease here again? No

If you want to walk by human feces in your parking garage (twice!) and be ignored by management, then The Avant is for you! Building maintenance in public areas is sketchy too, as my neighbor was stuck in an elevator for 38 minutes. Apartment maintenance is responsive - many times in the same day.
